A member of the famed Kennedy family, Tatiana Schlossberg, succumbed on Tuesday following a November disclosure of a uncommon leukemia diagnosis.

News of her death was confirmed in a social media post from the John F. Kennedy Presidential Library and Museum.
“Our beloved Tatiana passed away this morning. She will always be in our hearts.”
Understanding the Condition
As detailed in a published essay this past fall, Schlossberg revealed that she had been suffering from a type of blood cancer with a rare mutation.
This condition is a cancer that originates in the blood and bone marrow.
The family is seeking space as they grieve.
